The value for money at the hotel was great, as we got a lovely and clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, close to the beach and just a short transport ride away from the town center.
Breakfast choices could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Stayed at a hotel in the beautiful Poniente area for a week. The hotel impressed us with its cleanliness and well-decorated rooms. The buffet-style breakfast and dinner offered delicious and plentiful food, although it could have been warmer at times. The hotel staff, including receptionists, waiters, and bar staff, were all polite. The hotel's location also provided stunning views, especially from the 18th-floor room where we stayed. our experience at this hotel was enjoyable and we would recommend it.

For the price we paid, the room was small but clean and had a great view from the balcony on the 30th floor. The staff was friendly and surprised my wife with a lovely birthday treat. The hotel's location was convenient, with local shops and restaurants nearby and a short 10-minute walk to a beautiful, clean beach.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, as it was crowded and we struggled to find a seat.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the variety of facilities available. The pools were great and the entertainment provided was perfect for our children. Additionally, the hotel's location was surprisingly convenient. Despite being away from the center of the city, it was within close range to everything. We were able to enjoy a lovely clean beach nearby and getting to the center was quick and affordable by bus or taxi.
Nothing, all great.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with the rooms and common areas always looking spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool area which was spacious and had plenty of loungers for everyone. We loved how the sun shone all day long in the sunny areas by the pool. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was close to Poniente beach but away from the bustle of the city center. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing to mention.

We spent our Christmas vacation in a hotel located in a lively area with plenty of nearby amenities. The two pools were great for all ages and we enjoyed the ice cream parlour by the pool. Additionally, the food was of decent quality and there was a good variety of options to choose from.
There were a few negatives about our stay. The reception staff were overwhelmed and the queue was always long.
